How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, so the total estimated time is 8 to 16 business days.
Where do orders ship from?
We work with international fulfilment partners and ship directly from Asia. Our local returns centre is based in Acworth, Georgia.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we ship to addresses within the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional regions — join our newsletter to be notified when we ship to your country.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns, and customers cover return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover everything and refund you in full. Full details are on our Return and refund policy page.
Will the colour exactly match what I see on screen?
Colours and finishes may vary slightly from screen due to natural variation in materials and differences in monitor display. We work hard to photograph our pieces accurately in natural light, but small differences are normal.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also visit our Track Your Order page to check on a shipment any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Union Pay and PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local rates.
What if my item arrives broken?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no restocking fee, no return shipping cost on your end.
