Refund and Return Policy

Return window
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@glenbrookhome.com. After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled, but you can return it once it arrives.
What condition must the item be in?
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing their packaging cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: personalised or custom-made products, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Estimated return shipping is between $8 and $12 depending on your location, item size, and the carrier you choose. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover the full return shipping cost.
Are there any restocking fees?
Yes. A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns, calculated on the original product price (excluding any shipping costs). The fee is deducted from your refund.
The restocking fee does NOT apply if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- We shipped you the wrong item
- The item materially differs from its product description
In those cases you receive a full refund and we cover return shipping. For all other returns (change of mind, doesn't fit the room, colour different than expected), the 20% fee applies.
Example: if you return a $90 item, your refund will be $72 ($90 minus the 20% restocking fee), and you cover return shipping ($8 to $12).

My item arrived damaged, what now?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, with no restocking fee and no return shipping cost.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
My refund hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your refund hasn't appeared within 10 business days of our confirmation email, check the original payment account first. Refunds sometimes post under the date of the original charge rather than today's date, so they can be easy to miss. If it's still not there, contact your card issuer or bank, since posting times vary and can add 3 to 5 business days on top of our processing time. If your bank confirms no refund has come through, email us at support@glenbrookhome.com with your order number and we will investigate and reply within 2 business days. We will send you the transaction ID and date so you can follow up with your bank if needed.
Partial refunds
In some cases a partial refund may be granted, for example when an item is returned with minor signs of use or missing original packaging. We will always contact you before processing a partial refund.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to your rights as a consumer under US federal law and the consumer protection laws of your state of residence. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Where local law gives you stronger protection than what is described above, that local protection applies.
